hello! glad you could swing by my blog! in regards to answering the folks at the park….i say make something up. i always tell people cody bear is a mandarin collie. he is clearly part chow and clearly some sort of herding dog, but the rest is a mystery. people always sound surprised and impressed to meet such a rare and exotic breed. then i tell them i made it up and they get it.
some large dogs like the wire hair g shorthair pointer have beards.

if you can, please post a picture so we all can make uneducated guesses!
